Providing virtual access to your WordPress powered websites like admin username and password is very helpful. Another access such as FTP is also welcome.
We store this credentials in a private and in a very secure way making sure no one will have any access to it. In regards to this, we would like to advise you to change the password after we have troubleshot the bug.
Please do not forget to mark your topic or reply as private if you want to provide sensitive data such as usernames and password.
